- Applicant Testing Process involves
- The top candidates from Applicant Testing are invited to meet with an interview panel to demonstrate their competencies for the position in a behavioural based interview.
- A conditional job offered is made to the successful candidate.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
- Strong knowledge of security and security systems
- Be physically and mentally able to perform the duties of the position, having regard to your own safety and the safety of members of the public
- A Law and Security Diploma from a Community College (or equivalent)
- Be of good moral character and habits, meaning that you are an individual other people would look upon as being trustworthy and having integrity and good judgment
- Have current certification in CPR and First Aid by the time you receive our offer of employment
- Pass a security clearance as well as background investigation, credit and reference checks
- Possess a valid Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) Police Constable Certificate or Ontario Police College Recruit Training Certificate. You MUST have the OACP Certificate before the interview date.
