Security Services responds to emergencies on campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of an emergency or serious situation affecting staff or assets in an office, lab or other workspace that you are responsible for, outside of working hours, or when your staff are otherwise not present, we must be able to contact you or other parties responsible for these areas.

All departments should have emergency contact information, including after-hours contacts on file with Security Services. Please complete the following form with contact information for the relevant responsible persons for each area, in the order we should be calling them after-hours. Please include information in the “Anything else we should know about your area” field that relates to hazards our Constables may encounter while responding to situations in these areas.
